Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To begin enrollment, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your promotional methods are unsuitable for our program.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. Once accepted into the program, affiliates may begin promoting our products using the affiliate links provided.
2.2. Affiliates must promote our products honestly and must not engage in any promotional activities that may harm the reputation or branding of LakshmiStore.in.
2.3. We reserve the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of your affiliate links and require that you change the placement to comply with any guidelines provided by us.
3. Commissions and Payments
3.1. Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on sales (excluding shipping costs) made through properly-coded affiliate links.
3.2. The cookie duration is set at 30 days; thus, a referred customer must make a purchase within this period for the affiliate to earn a commission.
3.3. The minimum threshold for commission withdrawal is ₹100. Payments will be issued through the payment method designated by the affiliate in their account settings.
4. Termination and Agreement Violation
4.1. Any affiliate who violates these terms, engages in unacceptable promotion methods or misrepresents our products will have their affiliate account terminated and will forfeit any pending commissions.
4.2. An affiliate may terminate their participation in the affiliate program with written notice to LakshmiStore.in.
5. Modification of Terms
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. If you continue participating in the program following the posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site, it will be considered your acceptance of the change.
6. Communication
Affiliates will be informed of all changes to the terms and conditions through email, WhatsApp, or phone call as deemed appropriate by LakshmiStore.in.
7. Liability
LakshmiStore.in will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of “intents of harm” to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties concerning the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We do not claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
8. Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless LakshmiStore.in and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by LakshmiStore.in to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
