Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
LakshmiStore.in ships to addresses within the operational postal codes in India only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LakshmiStore.in is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
LakshmiStore.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Special Considerations
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a shipment is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, on rare occasions, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. We will provide updates as information becomes available.
