Rosemary Leaves (Dried)

1. Herbal Hair Rinse (Decoction):

1. Take 1 tablespoon (approx. 2 g) of dried rosemary leaves.
2. Add to 250 ml of water (1 glass).
3. Boil for 5–7 minutes until the water turns aromatic.
4. Allow it to cool and strain the leaves.
5. Use the rosemary water as the final rinse after washing your hair.

1. Take 5–10 g of dried rosemary leaves.
2. Add to 100 ml of coconut or sesame oil in a clean glass jar.

4. Strain the oil after infusion.
5. Massage this rosemary oil into the scalp and hair roots 2–3 times a week.
